Acer Iconia Tab W500 has officially released in United States and Canada. The tablet is running an optional operating system Windows 7 Home Premium or Professional, it comes with 0.63-inch thickness and 10.1-inch LED-backlit display touch-screen with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. The Iconia Tab W500 is powered by AMD’s latest Brazos platform, particularly 1.0GHz C-50 APU and Radeon HD 6250 graphic card. Besides 2GB of RAM, this Tablet PC is also equipped with 32GB solid-state hard drive and D card reader.
For those who are occasionally doing video conference, Acer Iconia Tab W500 will be a perfect gadget as it comes with front and back 1.3MP webcam. The connectivity devices stuffed in this PC is including Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi. This new Acer’s tablet is considered as half-tablet as it is also stuffed with clear.fi media sharing system. Iconia Tab with Windows 7 Home Premium costs $549.99, while Pro-boasting model costs $619.
