Gigabyte unveils its upcoming gaming motherboards, the G1-Killer which based on Intel’s X58 chipset. The board supports LGA 1366 processors and comes with six DDR3 memory slots, three (green colored) PCI-Express slots that could be backed by a bridge chip (like Nvidia’s nForce 200), six SATA 3.0 Gbps and two SATA 6.0 Gbps ports.
Gigabyte G1-Killer also features the ammo clip cooler (heatsink which is shaped as an ammo clip). Gigabyte will officially introduce their upcoming gaming motherboards at CES 2011 with expected price starting at $299.
