Acer has confirmed to release the Aspire One D255 which is based on the D260 model. this netbook comes with 10,1 inch (1024×600) CrystalBrite LED-backlit display, a 93% standard-size keyboard, and powered by Atom N550 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

Acer Aspire One D255 also boasts GMA 3150 integrated graphics, 1GB of RAM, up to a 250GB hard drive, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth and a 6-cell battery. Unfortunately an exact release date and price is not known at the moment.
