Nvidia has rolled out a new version of PhysX System Software, version 9.11.1107 brings the latest PhysX runtime and fixed issues causing PhysX to not be accelerated on Optimus PCs, bug fixes for Mafia 2 and more . The Nvidia PhysX v9.11.1107 support for GeForce 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 series cards boasting at least 32 CUDA Cores and 256MB of memory. Download this newest version on on Nvidia’s website.

Acer has released its new 23-inch LCD monitor which is built-in with DVB-T/-C tuners called the Acer N230HML for $313. Spec-wise, The monitor comes with full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels TN panel, LED backlighting, a 250cd/m2 brightness level, a 5ms response time, a 12,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, a USB 2.0 port and a pair of HDMI ports.

Biostar has announced the TPower X79 motherboard, which is based on X79 chipset and supports Intel’s upcoming platform. Spec-wise, the Biostar TPower X79 comes with all-passive cooling system, three PCI-Express x16 slots enabling SLI or CrossFireX setups, four DDR3-2400 memory slots, six USB 3.0 ports (plus two via a header) and seven SATA ports (six are 6.0 Gbps, the single red one is 3.0 Gbps).
Biostar TPower X79 also features a debug LED, Power, Reset and Clear CMOS buttons, Gigabit Ethernet, 7.1 channel audio, and an eSATA connector. No pricing info so far, but it expect to become available in the next few weeks.

SilverStone company prepares to launch its new tower model PC chassis which support for micro ATX, mini-DTX and mini-ITX motherboards. Dubbed as SilverStone PS07, this case measures 210 (W) x 374 (H) x 400 (D) mm, weights 5.2 kg and comes with all-black coating. This new model will become available in mid-November priced at €62 (VAT not included).
SilverStone PS07 specs include two exposed 5.25-inch bays, one 2.5-inch and five 3.5-inch internal drive bays, a couple of front placed USB 3.0 ports, a removable motherboard tray and top panel, two pre-installed 120mm fans which are found in front and operate at 950 RPM (18 dBA sound output ) and a third 120mm fan which can be added to the back of the case.
