PowerColor officially launches the Radeon HD 6870 Eyefinity 6 Edition. The card is designed to be used in multi monitor usage, with 2GB GDDR5 system memory which is a double from the regular HD 6870s set to 4200 MHz. The device has customized look and design, with two cooler slots, 1120 Stream Processors, GPU clock of 900 MHz and six mini DisplayPort outputs, so that it could connect to other six monitors.
It also comes equipped with 256bit memory interface, with support for CrosFireX and two PCIe connectors 6-pin. That would allow extra power and support. The PowerColor Radeon HD 6870 has code name Eyefinity 6 Edition that would improve the experience in computing and also gaming. The memory system is set on 4200 MHz, which will definitely bring all the great quality and performance to the maximum level. Unfortunately PowerColor hasn’t mentioned the price and the exact date they’re releasing this graphic card.
