OCZ just rolled out the new Colossus 3.5-Inch SSDs called Colossus LT. this storage comes in 120GB, 250GB, 500GB and 1TB models and now available for pre-order for $399, $799, $1,549 and $3,929.

The Colossus LT has 34nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, two (Indilinx) controls, internal RAID, 128MB of cache, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 1 million hours, and offer maximum read/write speeds of up to 260 MB/s (15,000 IOPS on 4K random reading/writing).
