You said in your additional details that you're more interested in FreeBSD? It's probably difficult to find video tutorials about this because of the nature of the command-line based Unix variants, but the absolute best source for learning FreeBSD is the FreeBSD handbook available here: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook

There's a section there on setting up Apache in there as well. A great place to ask questions about FreeBSD and other BSD/Unix-like variants is BSD Forums found here: http://www.bsdforums.org
