Help answer the question about registry trick

Unable to delete Rundll32.exe value from registry – tried every trick I could find on the web?
I recently got infected with “Antivirus 2009″ and other anoying spyware. I removed it successfuly with Malwarebytes and CCleaner but I still see one anoying pop-up at startup saying file tajopava.dll could not be found. Tried removing it with msconfig, but as soon as i uncheck it it keeps coming back. When I delete the value from registry it also keeps coming back a few seconds later which drives me nuts. My permissions are properly set and i was able to delete other files from registry (for other purposes) so i guess there’s nothing wrong there. I’ve also tried safe mode but… same story. Technical info :
Windows XP Professional 5.1 service pack 2.
The value/command that needs to be deleted is : Rundll32.exe “C:WINDOWSsystem32tajopava.dll”,s
Located in the following key :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun (name of value is nebonoruno)
CCleaner detected it as an “unvalid dll file name”, but after deleting it it always keeps coming back, no matter what cleaning software i use. ((
Even tried quickly closing the computer right after deleting the value (hoping whatever underlying process would not be able to do its dirty work and reproduce the file) with no results at all.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
